Vendors for the market are selected to provide a variety of high quality products for shoppers every week. We focus on home-grown and hand-made items. Vendor spots are limited so that all participating vendors can have a rewarding experience.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, canopies etc. Please be sure your canopy or umbrella is well secured.
The market opens at 3:00 pm, when the whistle blows! Please be ready to begin selling at 3:00, but no sooner. Vendors are expected to stay until the market closes at 7:00 pm. Set up can begin at 2:00 pm.

The market coordinators have sole discretion over vendor selection.
Vendors must pay an annual membership fee of $15 plus a table fee of $15 for every week they attend. Vendors have the option of paying for their table fees for the full season by June 29 and receiving 13 weeks for the price of 11.
Vendors are encouraged to help promote the market through their networks, in person and online.
Washroom facilities are located inside the Green Oak Gardens Greenhouse.
