Vendors for the market are selected to provide a variety of high quality products for shoppers every week. We focus on home-grown and hand-made items. Vendor spots are limited so that all participating vendors can have a rewarding experience.

Vendors are responsible for adhering to the provincial Farmers' Market Guidelines, including the addendum addressing standards for physical distancing measures and hygienic practices to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. Both documents can be found here. If you have questions, you can call local health inspector Andreas Oertel at 204-345-1477.
Vendors are encouraged to make pre-sales through the Beausejour Farmers’ Market online storefront.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, canopies etc. and ensuring anything that might blow away is well secured.
Vendors can begin setting up after 1:30 pm on market days.
The market opens at 3:00 pm, when the whistle blows! Vendors should be ready to begin selling at 3:00, and cannot begin selling any sooner.
The market coordinators have sole discretion over vendor selection.
Vendors must pay an annual administration fee of $15 plus a table fee of $15 for every week they attend. Vendors have the option of paying for their table fees for the full season by June 26 and receiving 13 weeks for the price of 10.
Vendors are encouraged to help promote the market through their networks, in person and online.
